Defending municipalities, police chiefs, and individual officers from law enforcement liability claims is, and has been, a significant portion of the experience that our firm’s Principal, Eric P. Daigle, brings to our clients.  His years of law enforcement experience, and his knowledge and understanding of police and security practices, allow us to prepare and build a comprehensive defense strategy for our clients.
